Welcome to the State of Nebraska DHHS LiveScan Fingerprint Scheduler Site

This site allows employees or volunteers for childcare facilities to schedule an appointment at a DHHS LiveScan Fingerprinting location. All childcare providers in Nebraska must complete a national criminal history record information check prior to caring for children unsupervised and not less than once during each five-year period. If you are attempting to schedule an appointment for a residential childcare facility, please use the Nebraska State Patrol website to create an appointment.

To schedule an appointment, please have the following information available:

Name and any aliases used
Identification information
Residential and mailing addresses
Child Care Program Information

Once scheduled, you will not be able to cancel or change your appointment without contacting the Department. Please verify all information is correct before submitting your information.
